French Style Turkey Pot

 
 

Preparation time: 10 min – cooking time: 25 min – easy

Ingredients (6 servings)

‐ 6 turkey steaks (180 g / 5.5 oz per piece)

‐ 3 leeks

‐ 3 carrots

‐ 2 shallots

‐ 1 cup / 25 ml of water

‐ 1 tbsp chopped parsley

‐ 5 tablespoons coconut cream

 

Preparation

  • Brown the shallots and the turkey cut into pieces

  • Add the leeks in slices and the carrots in cubes

  • Wet with 1 cup / 25 ml of water

  • Season with salt and pepper

  • Cook covered, 25 minutes

  • At the last moment, add the cream and cook for 3 minutes

  • Then sprinkle the parsley over the pot

  • Serve with rice
